Here at CAIPER, we are always trying to come up with creative and innovative ways to share and connect with colleagues around the world. When veteran podcaster and team member Jinnette Senecal broached the idea of an interprofessionally focused podcast series, it didn’t take much talking before the rest of the CAIPER team was on board and barreling full steam ahead into the world of podcasting.

About a year ago, we decided to try our hand at preparing educational materials that would help primary care providers work more effectively with the complex and vulnerable populations they typically serve. We started with a few premises – like whatever we developed needed to be real, practical, and useful.

CAIPER and the National Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education (NCIPE) have partnered to offer a very active three-day workshop March 28-30, 2018. Participants will learn and practice strategies and tools for high performance teamwork in care coordination and integrated care, and how to translate team roles, activities and outcomes into dollars.
