An Evaluation Framework for Sensing the Tides, Riding the Waves, and Rippling the Impact of IPE
Thinking and acting evaluatively impacts stakeholders involved in the processes and builds capacity to learn intentionally and purposefully from evaluation processes as well as findings. This presentation synthesizes an IPE/IPCP project's application and adaptation of developmental evaluation as an approach to enhance innovation and support evaluation use.
