The Interprofessional Practice in Primary Care module series emphasizes team-based decisions and skills required for current and evolving primary care practice and continuum-based care. Modules include information and tools for team-based practices central to high quality health care, including care coordination and integrated care, team decision-making and habits of high-performing teams.

Universal and easily accessible, the eLearning modules reflect Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC®) core competencies as well as key team-based applications for primary care.

Learning objectives in each module are directly connected to specific IPEC® competencies, making it easy to see exactly what skills and knowledge can be acquired through completion.

NOW AVAILABLE!

In October 2023 we released Interprofessional Practice in Primary Care as a full eLearning course with updated modules, continuing education credits and digital credentials.

The new course includes animated modules with up-to-date competency based content, gamified assessments, digital badge, certificate of completion, and 4 continuing education credits in six different health professions. This new eLearning course is offered for a nominal registration fee through Arizona State University Continuing and Professional Education.

The individual standalone modules will be phased out over Spring 2024. If you currently use the modules as part of an ongoing curriculum, please plan ahead for the transition and reach out to Yvonne Price at yvonne.price@asu.edu if you have questions or need guidance.
