This highly engaging course keeps learners actively involved (and entertained) through animated modules that include pause activities for reflection and gamified knowledge checks to reinforce key concepts. The course is comprised of four core modules approximately 45 minutes in length. Shorter introductory and concluding modules set the stage and provide additional resources. In each core module, there are associated "workouts" to try out and practice strategies around concepts such as emotional states, humility, and mindfulness.
